Get planWalang one-size-fits-all answer. Sa NCR daily commute, Globe and Smart are tied for speed and 5G coverage; DITO is fast pero patchy in older barangays. In Visayas and Mindanao, Smart (and sub-brands TNT and Sun) usually has the widest rural coverage. Use the quiz above — it factors your region in the ranking.
Honest answer: hindi pa. DITO has aggressive 5G in NCR, Davao, CDO, and a few Visayas city centers, but coverage drops fast outside those urban cores. If you live in Luzon-North, Bicol, or rural Visayas/Mindanao, Smart or Globe is usually the safer pick.
Postpaid makes sense if you spend more than ₱1,000/month on prepaid load and want unlimited data with predictable billing. For light users (under ₱500/month) prepaid promos are still cheaper. The quiz asks about your budget so it routes you correctly.
Same towers, different pricing. TNT and Sun share Smart's network. TM shares Globe's. Coverage scores are identical to the parent carrier, but plans/promos are priced separately for budget-conscious users — which is why we list them as separate networks here.
Scrapers run weekly via Hetzner cron. Each plan card shows when it was last verified. Anything older than 14 days gets a "Stale" pill — those promos may have ended on the carrier's side.
Carriers run regional promos and rotate offers weekly. We capture the publicly listed price; some retail-only or subscriber-only deals may be cheaper on the carrier site. Always tap "Get plan" to verify on the carrier page before subscribing.
We use a hand-crafted regional coverage matrix sourced from Opensignal's Q3 2025 PH Mobile Network Experience Report, official carrier coverage maps (deflated for marketing inflation), and community feedback from PinoyDealsPH and r/Philippines. The "Where are you based?" quiz step plugs your region into the ranking — plans on weak networks for your region drop in match score, even if their price is great.
